Who does the paperwork?
Mortgage Path will help your client complete the loan application form on their behalf. We will professionally package their application with all the supporting evidence and lodge it to their chosen lender. Mortgage Path has maintained and developed each of the lenders lending criteria into its software system so that they don’t waste time applying to a lender who will assess their application less favourably.
We’ll do all the running around and manage the process from the initial application right through to settlement. After the loan is settled we will continue to keep in regular contact with our business partners and the client through our client after service program.
